A beautiful detached finca with private pool (saltwater and heatable at an extra cost), with a total capacity for 22 people. The house is beautifully located in the valley of Ayagaures, just 12 km from Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. Enjoy the beautiful nature and tranquillity.

The main house upstairs, which is connected to the terrace and pool, has a half-open kitchen and can be closed with an automatic shutter. Fresh fruit, including oranges, bananas, lemons, avocados and mangoes can be picked from the garden (1,000 m2). You will enjoy lazy days by the pool, which is heated in winter (extra costs € 200, - per week).
The main house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The 5th bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds. In the living room there is a good sofa bed, for 2 adults or children.
At the back of the main house is a flat area, with its own kitchen, a small sitting area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a small terrace. Optionally, we can open the third room, with 3 extra bunk beds (so for 6 extra people) with an adjoining spacious bathroom.
WIFI available. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The accommodation is ideal for large groups of families. Any children will have a great time in the integrated children's pool and in the immense garden. The terrace area can be closed off by means of gates so that the little ones cannot get to the pool unnoticed.
